Hello. I see you're a representative of SlotPal Casino. I'm having a problem with this casino. Five days ago, I made a deposit of €13, and the money was debited from my bank account but didn't appear in the casino. It's likely an error on the part of the payment provider. I've submitted all the deposit confirmation documents, but support still hasn't been able to resolve the issue of a refund to my bank account.

Just a thought though: Could such a low sum be less than the minimum deposit amount, or incur large intermediary bank fees?
