I claimed free spins got the bonus finish the wager and balance dropped to 20€ not to 50 as is stated on your site and in their terms.
Anyway i asked them that trough message, where they tell you they gonna get back to you via email since live chat is not working.
Also I send all KYC documents but nothing is happening no email answer no KYC reaction no communication at all ! What if I made a deposit in that casino I would be furious! and yeah all that was way over 24 hours ago like how is possible not to have no communication for that long wit customers!?

We do not offer a no deposit bonus with a maximum cashout of 50 - it says 20€ :
I imagine you're not going to like it, but waiting less than few days for the first withdrawal is nothing unusual. Of course, some casino's are available 24/7, even for KYC, but not all of them. Since this has been listed as a fresh and small casino, I bet it might be the case. I could not even fing the chat - just a sort of a ticket system. Not a good sign if you ask me.
Try to be patient, Let's assume someone will get to you eventually.

Actually minimum withdraw is 50€ as is outlined in paragraph 5 of their Terms and Conditions.
To this day I didn't get no massage no nothing no KYC like they are ''dead'' and on this casino I have 50€ of wagerd balance and I'm ready to make a deposit to be able to withdraw, but what is the point when KYC is not over and there is no sign of communication from the casino.
In the mean time I got message and KYC verified on 2. August from Norsewin casino which is the same casino sadly I didn't make it from 20€ to 50€ there for minimum amount for withdrawal.
This has to be said on Norsewin post but it0s just gonna said that post already exist so I'm doing it here.
This situation with Slotobit is bad like really bad it's so sad!

Well, I too think it would be safer to wait for the KYC or even submit the complaint before I deposit. It indeed seem little appealing, considering you have been ignored so far.
I wonder how this is even possible, especially if the sister casino is doing much better.
In any case, Slotobit's support should work hard to improve the first impression. What I find not-so-funny is this part of its Terms and Conditions:

I just can't help myself not to think this site is ready to serve its customers.
On 5. august i got email that my KYC Verification process is completed so I made a deposit
and made a withdraw that same day. Withdraw is pending for 5 days nothing is happening
this what agent from the cahat told me: ''I understand that waiting is frustrating. I've sent another message to the payments team; they will process requests as soon as possible.'' that was 2 days ago 🙁
They opened up like 10 casinos this Casiworx N.V. and they are incapable at running just one.
After 5 more days i will write a complaint only thing that I can until then I will put a review and my experience on every gambling forum that there is about Casiworx N.V. ways of running business
