If you want to discuss anything related to SlotLords Casino, such as its games, bonuses, payment methods, issues with your account, responsible gambling features, or anything else, you can do so here.
I had a pretty good first impression, untill I requested a withdrawal. 24hours pending despite being fully verified, so I cancelled and gambled it all away on bonus buys.
They had 96% slots at first but when I checked in on them again a while later, they had been replaced by the 94% ones.
Oh, I'd say waiting a day isn't so horrible yet. It's a pity you lost your money in the end, because if it was any reasonable time then you could have been happy with your money.
Are you used to faster withdrawals ?
Hi, I'm afraid that if the casino hasn't broken anything and you've lost them fair and square, I guess not so much.
Based on what would you want your money back?
I have suffered from gambling addiction for years and have an OASIS ban in Germany.
I am on the blacklist at many DAMA NV casinos.
How can it be that a newly opened account can deposit €2,700 in a few hours without the operator even asking where the money came from.
So the casino is not obliged to ask where you got the money from. If it was a high deposit it might be, but I don't think this amount is unusual in casinos.
But did you mention to the casino that you have a gambling addiction? Also, if you have ever self-excluded from Dama NV, does this apply to all casinos or did you have to do it manually at each one ?
I have been depositing through Slotlords for some time now and today I have the honor of requesting a withdrawal.
My account is verified - I have previously made some deposits via Skrill and the last deposits via Neteller.
So I want to withdraw 1200 euros, but I don't see the possibility of doing it via Neteller, so I did it via Skrill - withdrawal refused. I should please do it via Neteller. But they don't offer that. Here is the photo

Now the payment was rejected again because I did not do it via Neteller
Best time to ask the chat operator for a bit of an explanation, I'd say. I only hope there is a real person available at the moment.
Would you mind updating us once you talk to someone from the casino, please?
The drama continues - 2 days ago I received the email - my account is verified. Yesterday the support service told me to please upload a picture of the Skrill account where my name and email address can be seen - like with Neteller. I did that. I asked the support person if that was enough. He said yes, I can make the withdrawal.
Today I get an email
Payment rejected again - it's about 800 euros - what's going on here is slowly becoming ridiculous. Soon you won't be able to trust anyone anymore - they're just ripping you off!
now want a PDF file of the address verification - but the main thing is that they say my account is verified. I have now sent them the PDF file of my phone bill - my account has now been verified for the second time, although it is still not displayed at the casino. New application submitted for withdrawal of 800 euros via Skrill
Hi there. Glad to hear that! The casino should definitely work out that process. Well, it's a fresh one; that could be the case. So, thank you very much for all your observations!
Hello, what did they say when you said they refused the payout? It's not even a day old yet, so I'd like to know the reason. Have you been in contact with the casino? Have you been verified or is that not necessary?
Have you had your account verified? This is basically how it works at casinos if you haven't verified your account and want to make a withdrawal.
They ask you for the documents. Good tip from me - even if they say they will get in touch, contact them yourself - they don't contact you via email unless your account is not verified.
They don't write to you to say what's wrong or anything else. It's best to upload the data to the casino and immediately communicate with the chat, they should look into it. Then you have to wait until you get an email - this goes on for some time, and just before everything is done, they cancel your application and you have your money back in your player account. Now you have to make the withdrawal again, but only after your account has been verified by email, otherwise they will cancel your withdrawal every time.
well, I also filed a complaint with askgamblers after I uploaded what felt like the 50th picture. 1 day later the account was verified by email and a few hours later the money was there - whether it was Askgamblers' fault, I don't know unfortunately
God knows, sometimes casinos take a while but when it comes to KYC they are obviously trying to be consistent. Then the withdrawal shouldn't be a problem anymore. It's hard to say if AskGamblers is to praise for that, sometimes things can work themselves out. I don't know what their process is and when they contact the casino, whether it's as soon as the player makes a complaint or later.
Anyway, the important thing is that it was resolved positively.
