This casino is part of Monix group. Monix have refused to process my 500 balance for 3 weeks. The site Monix is emailing players telling them to sign up at Slotrush whilst players money is stuck in monix.

Therefore, I recommend including this information in your complaint if you choose to file one, as it will help my colleagues investigate the entire situation.

I have complaint at Askgamblers at the moment and Monix have stopped responding there.

I see; not very convincing. I still can't get the so-called fake closure announcement out of my head!
