Hi, from what you describe, I have a feeling that when you played with the bonus, the casino accused you of having a bet bigger than €5, which is usually forbidden when you play with a bonus. Did you check the terms and conditions when you decided to play with the bonus? Do you have any game history or do you know roughly how many times you broke it?

Sou cliente VIP neste casino, com conta aberta a algum tempo onde já efetuei milhares de depósitos e alguns levantamentos poucos, nunca me foi exigido nenhum tipo de comprovativo de depósito, acontece que agora tenho perto de 3000€ para levantar e estão a exigir um comprovativo do último depósito emitido pelo meu banco com todos os dados da transação incluindo o meu nome e o meu IBAN, acontece que o meu último depósito foi através do método de pagamento Mbawy, na qual é impossível obter um comprovativo com o IBAN associado e eles sabem bem que isso é impossível de obter, é uma desculpa para bloquear os meus levantamentos, já enviei o comprovativo de pagamento do Mbawy e o talão multibanco, na qual eles recusam. Contactei o meu banco onde expliquei a situação, e me foi informado que não era possível obter esse comprovativo uma vez que foi através do Mbawy.
Estão a exigir um documento que não existe, tudo para bloquear os meus saques.
Não se pode confiar neste casino.

I would expect a constructive solution, because I see no other way to let you pass the deposit verification.
Perhaps this is a silly question, but are you certain the casino support understood that the bank couldn't issue such confirmation with IBAN included? I mean, in such cases a standard bank account confirmation, including the banking and holder's details + the deposit transaction details on a monthly transaction list or irregular transaction statement, should suffice.
No wonder you not happy about it.
This casino is not very fair, based also on the review and it lacks any license so I guess they have every point not to care much. You may still complain, however.
