Hey, it’s not exactly pleasant when a player asks a question and doesn’t get a response. The account has already been verified this isn't my first withdrawal from here however it is the largest withdrawal I have made from here. Thank you I will will let you know if I receive my withdrawal in about a week.

I was promised the problem in the past was random. and my withdrawal since no promo was used and Bitcoin was used for withdrawal. My time was 24 hr or less. Then 24-48 then we don't know but will escalate the issue. Then be patient days later emails later and we will text you if we ever get an answer. No support person ever got help. No email answer but no accountability 😡 no respect and like I was the crazy one for confronting them with the false commitments to get me to deposit. But the chat plays the, sorry the team, some mystery team never answering existing in ghost mode only it's their fault

I was made a commitment for a 24 hr withdrawal process in which nobody is taking accountability for. First blame the game provider 2nd the compliance team. Told to wait and answering my questions are out of their scope. It's day 10 and another ESCALATE email is sent as what they call their work of following up even though nothing has been answered all week but that's supposed to make everything good. It's outrageous that they can get away with this. I asked about an ADR. They replied that's a manager. I said so nobody has spoken with a manager this entire ordeal. I'm told yes we have. So they to just don't message back. Oh well we are following and will let ya know if anything changes. I explain they have an obligation to fix the broken commitment made. I did exactly what they said no promo straight deposit and Bitcoin withdrawal. Well just be patient. But you can't tell me anything so how..... I'm losing my mind trying to argue with a support person who copys and pastes the ghost team who never replied. Help

Hey, I can tell this is a really intense experience. In the next two days, the casino will miss the 14-day period set by the Complaint Resolution Center, and then things will eventually move forward, I hope. It kind of depends on the casino, though.
