They have blocked my account because I'm won big amount,
Please help me and don't say confused word,
I'm submitted complaint in casinoguru from my other email that's why name showing wrong,

How about logging back to the original email - through which you created the complaint?
The email exchange is not enough to create a second account. This is not how our registration system works.
One way or another, just stand with the complaint, there is little we can do here in the forum.

Yes, when it is in investigation, you will have to be patient and wait and see what the casino finds out. Then it will give you an update.
I know it's not the most pleasant thing to wait and not know anything yet, but until the casino has an update, they have nothing to tell you.
