He gave me a bonus from Frip'in where I won 100 € and I tried to withdraw which took maybe 1 week, he only linked me 5 to 0 50 euros because it was apparently the limit of possible winnings for this bonus..; Now I have the 50 euros but still. Yesterday they gave me Free spins I played and won almost 374 euros. I asked him to delay the withdrawal but I know that it will probably never happen, I will keep you informed

Did you read any terms of those bonuses?

Whenever a casino gives you some bonus or free spins, there always should be terms included so you can also read about the maximum cash out, you know.

Hmm, I would start by saying that although the casino does not look good according to our safety index, it does have a license. 

Next, I would move on to saying that if you have a problem closing your account, I would probably file a complaint with us and our team would try to help you with that.

Going back to what you said about the casino taking money from your card, I'm not sure how to understand that. If you have two-factor verification, which almost everyone uses today, then I don't think it's possible for them to just take your money without your knowledge. 

Please try to clarify this for me.

They have been ignoring my request to close my game account for two weeks now. I want to completely delete my game account, but they won't close it and ignore my emails. They won't close my account.

I'm thinking of suing them soon and asking for moral damages.

But if they don't respond, it definitely shouldn't work that way. I asked if it would be appropriate for you to file a complaint since you need help, before you resort to the step you mention.

Hello, I've tried everything to close my account at this pathetic casino. Their idiotic support tells me to send an email and is otherwise no help at all with their boundless incompetence. They lie to me and claim they've replied to my emails, which isn't true, and I can prove it. I've already sent eight emails, no response. I even resorted to insults in the chat, hoping they'd finally block my account. Any other casino would have banned me for life, but not this pathetic casino. They won't block me and let me keep depositing and losing. I don't want to file a complaint because it's pointless; these pathetic scammers don't respond here. I've read the complaints. Does anyone have the contact information for the regulatory authority? I can't access their website because I can't see the license for this crappy casino.

I don't even know what to write about this, to be honest. If the casino does nothing to close your account, that's exactly how it shouldn't be. Complaining would help, at least in the sense that other players would see that they don't solve such problems with us or with other players, and it might alert them when deciding whether to play there. 

When they told you they sent you an email or replied, did you ask if they could provide any proof? Swearing at them or talking rudely probably won't help. 

"I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this casino. My account verification was fully approved, yet they are still holding my 4000 PLN withdrawal without any valid reason. Support keeps sending copy-paste responses and is obviously dragging the process out on purpose.

Deposits are instant, but once you actually win and request a withdrawal, the whole circus starts. It honestly feels like they are trying to stall until the player gives up or loses the money back. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior toward players.

Hello, thanks for the warning. It seems this thread has received more than one. Let's hope the casino will cooperate throughout the complaint to reach the best ending possible. The low safety index is, however, another red flag, I would say.

I received a €200 cashback. Because of this very large sum, I submitted a payment request, but today is the fifth day I've been waiting. So far, the status of my request hasn't been updated. It's still stuck in limbo, and the staff keeps sending out standard replies that aren't helpful. I'd like to warn everyone that payouts are not guaranteed here.
