Hello, I've tried everything to close my account at this pathetic casino. Their idiotic support tells me to send an email and is otherwise no help at all with their boundless incompetence. They lie to me and claim they've replied to my emails, which isn't true, and I can prove it. I've already sent eight emails, no response. I even resorted to insults in the chat, hoping they'd finally block my account. Any other casino would have banned me for life, but not this pathetic casino. Hello, thanks for the warning. It seems this thread has received more than one. Let's hope the casino will cooperate throughout the complaint to reach the best ending possible. The low safety index is, however, another red flag, I would say.
