Hello, I made a deposit at Shadowbit Casino on June 12, 2023, however, the casino is closing for Poland and I can't withdraw the winnings but since they accepted the deposit, they should withdraw the winnings, the support is not responding, what can I do?

The way I see it, the casino has closed completely, so getting your balance back seems quite complicated at the moment.
The only option I feel would be good to mention is submitting a free complaint through Casino Guru Resolution Center. I must add though, the positive result is not granted.
