Mobile payment is restricted by law for casinos in czech republic and also by providers of telecomunication services. But if you are local in Czech republic, you can top up by Sazka Terminal even on gas station (done by myself) or in Tobacco stores like Geco. Also i recomend to do full verification process by Bank Identyty from Air Bank since they are members of same group and you can top up and withdraw pretty quickly. But the quickiest is the Sazka Terminal (top up and withdraw)
