Hello,
sorry to hear about your trouble. Can you explain what has happened?
We could be able to help or advise.
Hello.
Sure it helps 🙂. thank you for your user reviews as well.
No KYC? Very interesting.
This casino is marked as fresh so we appreciate any detail you can share.
Hello,
sounds good. For how long have you been playing there?
It's a fresh casino so we appreciate every news. 🙂
Hi, I was inspecting this casino and it seems that they are hiding the RTP of their slots. At least in any pragmatic slots you can see this piece of code while inspecting "hide RTP info":
I didn't bother to check other slots, since I think that is stupid enough by itself and should not be accepted practice in my opinion.
I asked their live-chat about this and they just left the chat immediately.
Hello,
I'd say that the casino's live chat may simply be got scared by your question, Well, it is not a good sign though.
It would not be the first casino that does not show the RTP, frankly.
Anyway, thank you for your insights.
I can understand that for example playngo does not display their RTP values by default (which is really weird considering how big of a brand they are), but Pragmatic has that information available and I just don't understand why would they deliberately hide that. I have never seen this kind of sketchy RTP hiding from casino in Pragmatic games and I have seen tens if not hundred+ sites with Pragmatic as one of the providers.
The first step should be the ask the casino about it. I actually believe it's better to contact them via e-mail so you give them more time instead of asking a live chat agent who probably doesn't know the right answer. Pragmatic is known for allowing casinos to decrease the default RTP on games and that might be the reason behind the hidden RTP.
You should possibly write in the bonus info that the 77spins after you have implemented the wager. You can't pay out only if you first deposit the amount you want
Man sollte eventuell noch in die bonus info schreiben das die 77spins nach dem man den wager umgesetzt hat. Nicht auszahlen kann nur wenn man den Betrag den man haben will erst einzahlt
I think it should be written there, at least the English version contains the info, but I don't speak German. Can you see the info there or not? Thanks
I asked chat about RTP:
"We do not hide any RTP by ourselves, otherwise you would see all of the RTP hidden across the website, yet it isn’t. The RTP os question is hidden by the provider itself, Pragmatic Play, we are not sure as to why they chose to do so but that is out of our hands unfortunately. "
so it looks like they aren’t responsible for it. Strange move by pragmatic play
I’ve been playing and getting some withdrawals so I’m sure whoever is complaining was breaking some rules. So bogus accusations
Hi everyone, let me clear up certain false accusations about us,
First of all, Pragmatic Play is hiding their RTP value as of last month, we are not sure why nor is it us who's doing it, we did ask them to reveal the values and shall update you when it is done.
As. for user copyrius he violated several rules which all were explained to him: Bets over $5 with active bonus and duplicate accounts claiming welcome bonuses hence a bonus abuse resulted in account closure.
Otherwise all users get paid daily with no issues and everyone loves the perks.
Hello,
I would not be surprised if you and a user named tecsuan were the same person. It's quite interesting that both accounts were registered in a few minutes on the same day and you both wrote posts only about this casino. 🙂
