Hello, so two months I would say is a very long time. Have you been in contact with the casino and have they told you why you've been waiting so long and what caused it? Did you verify with the casino or not? Did you play with the bonus here?

So they didn't say much when all they told you was to wait. I'd say you've waited long enough.

As much as I hate to say it, obviously we will now have to wait for further developments to see if the casino will cooperate or not.

Hello, I do not recommend this site. It does not give weekly cashback. It makes you turn to a self-exclusion that has lasted for 3 months. It does not respect anything on their site. This casino is very dishonest and I doubt that their customers are paid. Be careful and above all, do not deposit anything.

I do not recommend them. They cheat when it comes to paying out winnings.

I won a significant sum of money and completed the full account verification process, yet I have been waiting months to receive my payout. Most recently, after a month of waiting, my withdrawal requests were rejected without any explanation.

The chat support keeps responding with the same scripted messages, assuring me that the withdrawal will be processed—but despite these assurances, I still haven’t received my winnings.

It’s a total scam; stay far away from this garbage.
