If you want to discuss anything related to RuBet Casino, such as its games, bonuses, payment methods, issues with your account, responsible gambling features, or anything else, you can do so here.
Correct me if i am wrong... This casino don have any license for gambling... no KYC... work illegal! and have 5.5 stars on casino guru site 🙂 Collecting data people 🙂 Why this casino have 5.5 starz? 🙂 I even found info on other site (sent by Tomas to me via email) that company have license in Curacao 🙂 i sent complain to Curacao and answer was... This site dont have license in Curacao 🙂 Owner Overcan N.V. - this is info about Rubet owner on site that will help me with my complant 🙂 i think this is just authentication scam 🙂 If Casino operates without license why casino is here and on other sites? 🙂 People sent documents and money to casino without license and this is no problem? 🙂
Dear kiziorro1984 🙂
I won't engage in any other discussion about KYC, because simply can't understand your point of view.
Nevertheless, in this particular case, you should check the casino review first, I'd say.
It says: "This casino operates without a license. As a result, the casino does not have to follow rules set by licensing authorities. Additionally, you will not be able to turn to any licensing authority if you run into issues."
The score is marked as questionable - so, no. It's not good.
Thank you for updarting Tomas, I feel it was your doing what changes these "details" in the first place.👍✨
I sent complaints to site that give me tomas 🙂 2 of them dont have rubet and on 3rd one rubet is company with license xd i sent license to Curacao but rubet is without curacao license... pure scam... authorized by 100bookamkers... and they even dont change this when i informed about license 🙂 So why this casino have so big ranking? 🙂 they operate without license... you cannot do them nothing and >5 stars 🙂 because of what? 🙂 They work illegal i think...
Well, the casino is questionable. I wouldn't say it's "a big ranking".
I also don't understand those 5 stars - is it about user reviews by any chance? Or does it belong to another website? 🙂
this is one site that should me help with my complaint (one of guy from casino guru sent me this site) 🙂 rubet never have license from Curacao 🙂 On scam adviser trustscore 98/100 🙂 this is how it work 🙂 i want to know how site without license for gambling... work illegal in any country... have so big rating (no license... no KYC... no nothing just software 🙂) i know how it works 🙂 you put this kind site on casino guru and others rating site to authorized crime 🙂 i want to know who put this in to casino guru site 🙂 Is Daniel is this person? 🙂
I'm definitely not the person who adds casinos on the website, but I sometimes send new casinos to the Data team. We usually find new casinos here on the forum so whenever some player comes up with a casino that I don't see in our database, I forward it to the Data team.
Then the casino is on the list of casinos that need to be checked and reviewed. We review over 100 new casinos per month. Then anyone from the data team gets the casino assigned and they do the review. They follow rules that we have set up for any reviewed casinos so those reviews aren't based on our personal opinions. You can read about how we rate the casinos here.
Rating points are deducted for various things. Unfair terms and conditions, missing licenses, fake games, unresolved complaints, blacklists (from other websites), annual revenue etc. Then the casino automatically receives the final rating and it's published.
so who add this casino on casino.guru site? 🙂 I am customer and i have right to know 🙂 And in what country rubet operate? 🙂 It is really strange that even on scamadviser nobody response when i made complain... first time in history xD And as i see only Russian are involved 🙂 and i need to check 100bookmakers... because they delete info about Curacao license when i threatened them xd
I'd say you're an honored member of this community who has been already told that we've assembled a special team to actively search for casinos - so technically, we can't answer your question. I personally see that only as a tease from your side. 🙂
The rest should be answered by this scamadviser, don't you think? 🙂
Disagree... i want to know who put this casino without license to casino guru rating site 🙂 Why i should ask about this scamadviser? 🙂 Do you know how work fake news and Putin trolls? 🙂 These same like users who put this casino on this site 😉 So what, nobody from casino guru put rubet on this site? 🙂 It was like Immaculate Conception? 🙂
I honestly don't care about your agreement.
As I already explained several times we aim to list all casinos we can find. We all in Casino Guru actively search for new casinos the ultimate goal is to add them all after the initial check is made - to create a list. Some are found and shared with us by players, as you know.
I have no direct way to find out how we got this casino - do you finally understand?
And yes, I know how trolls work - one's here - no further comment 😂
i am secret customer xd where i can sent complain on casino guru? 🙂 you are not professional 🙂 why you are so angry 🙂
edit: and who put rubet on this site? 🙂 nobody know? 🙂 somebody write a review of this casino and put them here 🙂 the same scenario on other sites like casino guru 🙂 nobody wants to answer "who put rubet on site" 🙂
You definitely don't have right to know who added the review on the website. We have no obligation to share this information. Actually many reviews are based on the initial review, but other updates are purposely made by someone else. It's because the first person who did the review may overlook some information so there's a higher chance that someone else will find it during the update. So we would actually need to give you a whole list of people who worked on that review.
Despite all of that, we alway display the person who's responsible for that given casino review and it's displayed there even in this case as well as on any other casino detail.
So who initial this rubet review? This rubet have different owners on different sites in internet... and you explain is looks like "facade law" 🙂 well i think this is normal and acceptable by casino guru since one owner can scam people by one company and not scam by other company 🙂 like uberlucky and betzerk 🙂 i check in past and Familypot B.V. doing this many times 🙂 normal practice in "facade law" 🙂
ps. yes i know this is discussion about rubet not uberlucky or familypot b.v. i want to explain how "facade law" work in practice... nobody is guilty... and guy who is responsible for this is hard to tracking... but maybe the same guy (from forum) put this on other site to... and i want to find this guy if he exist... in internet there is something like "internet finger prints" and you can tracking anybody if you know how...
Ok, enough!
If you can provide proof showing different owners, management, and sisters casino show us. The reviews will be updated according to any serious pieces of information.
Otherwise, it's just another general criticism of yours without any real value. I don't mean that as an offensive expression. 🙂
PS: I can't track down the person who mentioned the site first - there are no such tracking tools. I even checked the forum, anyway - you can do that too:
Possibly, the source isn't on the forum.
https://bookmaker-expert.com/bookmakers/rubet/ - rubet with curacao license...
rubet fake owner and fake license...
https://bookmaker-ratings.com/review/rubet-bookmaker-reviewrubet/#licenses - rubet owner and license... sorry i cant find sites with other owners, maybe i was wrong.
Send it to the data team, please. I'm not the best person to decide whether this is the owner or not.
Thank you 🙂
This sportsbook does not have a license from any authority, so they do whatever they want. A withdrawal has been pending for a month, and they still haven't deposited the money via crypto . They have asked for my ID, passport, and a selfie, and for the past month, they've been telling me that they are waiting for the relevant department to verify them.Stay away
Hi there.
This kind of experience suggests that the moth was pretty terrible. I can only conclude that the only reasonable thing would probably not make you happier. Please allow me to ask: Do you have any additional concrete information from the casino? I mean, has anyone ever brought up any concerns about your account or verification process?
I would like to help, but I am afraid that speculating without any evidence is not the best way to proceed.
Let me know if you have any clues, please. Speaking of which, have you played casino games or rather bet?
Of course, I am disappointed because I deposited my money on a site that apparently does not pay out when you win. Although I am overall at a loss, my last deposit was 100 (not to mention that I waited 5 days to see the money in my account), and I have made a withdrawal of 188. Additionally, they have canceled my withdrawals twice on their own, obviously with the intention that I would play the money and lose it. For 3 weeks, they kept asking for documents, which I sent.
