I registered an account at Roostino Casino (roostino100.com) and deposited funds via Google Pay. I played several sessions without any restriction shown. While playing Crazy Time (live casino), I won €180.

Immediately after this win, I was completely blocked from accessing my account. The site now shows a "403 Forbidden — Access restricted" page stating that Roostino is "not available for your country for legal reasons."

Key points:

I was able to freely register, deposit, and play multiple sessions before this win, with no restriction shown at any point.

The restriction only appeared right after I won €180.

Because my account is now completely inaccessible, I cannot retrieve my transaction history, balance, or win records myself.

I have contacted Roostino support directly by email requesting an explanation and the release of my winnings, but have not yet received a response.

What I am requesting:

An explanation for why access was blocked only after my win.

A copy of my account/transaction history, since I can no longer access it myself.

Release of my €180 winnings, or a valid, written justification for withholding them.

I am attaching a screenshot of the restriction message I received.

Hello, this is not what one would expect upon winning money, and I get that it rises suspicion. That's exactly the matter one should complain about and I'm glad to see a complaint request in line.

I would say we are going to learn more once the casino joins the complaint thread and shares their viewpoint.

I also get the impression you are sure your local government's gambling restrictions are not causing the block; that's good to know. 👌

(I'm saying that most popular and international internet providers try to block casino websites on their own. I have that experience already, for example.)

To clarify — I don't believe this is my internet provider blocking the site. I tested it on both WiFi and mobile data (different providers), and both showed the same "not available for your country" message. The site worked completely normally for weeks before this on the exact same connections, so an ISP-level block doesn't fit the timing.

No, but why I should try that because I played in this IP address last one month

Very well thank you. I just want to say that geoblocking usually happens without warning for the casino operator, as far as I know.

If, however, the restriction comes directly from the casino, I would expect at least an email announcing this important change of access. No questions about that! I noticed you closed the complaint as resolved, so may I know what happened, please?
