Roopokies did not pay Win

Roopokies paid my win via PayID but I did not receive the money in my account. They showed me a receipt but still no money in my bank account. I checked and my pay ID details are correct with Roopokies so they did not transfer my win

We generally give casinos up to 14 days to complete the withdrawal process, and if nothing happens after that, we can try to help. If it has only been a few days so far, I’d give it a bit more time.
