You will never be able to claim a ruling, because the casino is an intermediary between your money and the owner of the game. In order to obtain a resolution in your favor, it is the third party who must assume responsibility and inform its client (the casino) and the casino must pay its client (us) .


What else can I do? Nothing... and why? Because a player has almost no tools to complain and achieve a favorable resolution.
