I advise everyone to stay away from casinos and Dama NV casinos in general. This criminal organization is the worst!


I have been writing emails to Slotlords for 2 months now, so that they (...) permanently close my account. They don't do that in the live chat, they always refer me to the email route. The live chat is just decoration anyway, I have rarely experienced such concentrated incompetence as in the live chats of Dama NV

The email address that the live chat gives me is apparently linked to other Dama Casinos (Playfina). I get an email reply from Playfina when I email Slotlords. The live chat doesn't understand this - either they're pretending to be stupid or they really are. I'm guessing the latter.

The verification process at RollXo is a complete disaster, just like in all Dama casinos. I verified my account at RollXo months ago and was confirmed several times in the live chat that I was fully verified. A few days ago I had minimal luck and wanted to withdraw €410 via Mifinity. The casino has all the documents and proof of my Mifinity account. However, the withdrawal was rejected because my last deposit was made via bank transfer.

Then they wanted documents from me about my bank and bank statements so that I could make a withdrawal. I did this and the documents were constantly rejected, even though all the requirements were met. The systematic delay of a withdrawal finally worked, I was so frustrated that I lost my money because I knew they would deliberately reject all my documents and not approve my withdrawal. I am currently filing a complaint about this on another platform, the casino's reaction there is miserable and completely unprofessional.


I have now closed my account at Slotlords for a year through responsible gaming. You can only close your account yourself for a maximum of one year. If you want to close it permanently, this is impossible because there is no response from this casino via email. The live chat is usually not helpful at all and everyone tells you something different. You get the feeling you're talking to idiots. It was simply the casino's intention to not process my withdrawal, I'm very sure of that.


I won't be doing anything with the Slotlords casino for the time being. I've closed my account there for a year and in a year I'll have forgotten about this casino anyway and if not, I'll be happy to get back to you. Thank you.
