RollXo and Slotlords Dama NV

I advise everyone to stay away from casinos and Dama NV casinos in general. This criminal organization is the worst!

I have been writing emails to Slotlords for 2 months now, so that they (...) permanently close my account. They don't do that in the live chat, they always refer me to the email route. The live chat is just decoration anyway, I have rarely experienced such concentrated incompetence as in the live chats of Dama NV

The email address that the live chat gives me is apparently linked to other Dama Casinos (Playfina). I get an email reply from Playfina when I email Slotlords. The live chat doesn't understand this - either they're pretending to be stupid or they really are. I'm guessing the latter.

RollXo, the biggest snot of the Dama family. I have opened a complaint about this casino on another well-known platform so anyone who is interested can read about the problems this casino is causing me.

I don't even want to start with the extremely overly strict verification processes that Dama Casinos imposes on its customers. This harassment of high-paying customers just to delay and prevent withdrawals should be banned and the responsible Dama NV should be punished!

This organization Dama NV should have its license revoked because the way this organization treats customers in some ways is what we call fraud in my country! And in my country the provider would probably have been behind bars long ago!

It's a shame that these casinos aren't listed here. I would have loved to give both casinos a very negative rating.

I would start with RollXo first. What happened to you here ? When you mentioned verification, does that have anything to do with it or not ? Could you describe the situation a little? 

As far as SlotsLord Casino is concerned, if you are having trouble closing your account for so long, you can contact us and we will try to help you if you don't know what to do. Nevertheless, you did not get any reply from them to your request or what seems to be an issue to close your account ?

The verification process at RollXo is a complete disaster, just like in all Dama casinos. I verified my account at RollXo months ago and was confirmed several times in the live chat that I was fully verified. A few days ago I had minimal luck and wanted to withdraw €410 via Mifinity. The casino has all the documents and proof of my Mifinity account. However, the withdrawal was rejected because my last deposit was made via bank transfer.

Then they wanted documents from me about my bank and bank statements so that I could make a withdrawal. I did this and the documents were constantly rejected, even though all the requirements were met. The systematic delay of a withdrawal finally worked, I was so frustrated that I lost my money because I knew they would deliberately reject all my documents and not approve my withdrawal. I am currently filing a complaint about this on another platform, the casino's reaction there is miserable and completely unprofessional.

I have now closed my account at Slotlords for a year through responsible gaming. You can only close your account yourself for a maximum of one year. If you want to close it permanently, this is impossible because there is no response from this casino via email. After requesting to close my account permanently via email, I deposited money into this casino several times. If they had responded to my email and closed my account, I would not have continued to deposit money. These scammers don't believe in responsible gaming; they will stop at nothing for money.

I am just disgusted by the Dama NV casinos and I am not allowed to write down what I think about this criminal organization.

As far as RollXo verification is concerned, what was the problem with the bank documents ? Why were the documents rejected, did you find out ? 

Regarding the second casino, if you can't close your account permanently, I would recommend a complaint and our team would try to help you.

There were no problems with the bank documents. They wanted my name on the statement, the name of the recipient, the amount and the transaction number. It was all on the statement exactly as requested, and it was still rejected. It was simply the casino's intention to stop my withdrawal. They also confirmed to me in the live chat that the uploaded document for verifying my bank was OK. I have a screenshot of this. When the document was then rejected, I asked again in the live chat and was told something different. That's so typical of these casinos. The live chat is usually not helpful at all and everyone tells you something different. You get the feeling you're talking to idiots. It was simply the casino's intention to not process my withdrawal, I'm very sure of that.

I won't be doing anything with the Slotlords casino for the time being. I've closed my account there for a year and in a year I'll have forgotten about this casino anyway and if not, I'll be happy to get back to you. Thank you.

I would definitely wait for their justification and would like to see if the document was in such a format as they requested. After all, there must be a reason why it was rejected anyway. 

As for the other casino, I clearly understand. If you are not tempted to spend large sums of money there, you can get away with closing your account.

As I said, the casino has commented on this, according to the casino my profile was fully verified at the time of withdrawal. The withdrawal was rejected and I was asked to upload bank documents, which I did and asked in the live chat if they were OK, this was confirmed to me. Despite this, the documents were rejected, the reason given was that my name and transaction number were not on the bank statement, but my name and transaction number are on it and I have the bank statement! And you're telling me there must be reasons why the documents were rejected? There are no reasons. The only reason was that this scam casino did not want to pay out. Do you think that if I made all this up, I would open a complaint on Askgamblers and upload lots of evidence there? Probably not. Hopefully this scam casino will get its just punishment one day.

About Slotlords: This is also an exploitative casino, just like every Dama Casino. The provider is known for its overly strict verification processes and systematic delays in payouts. The Antillephone authority is a joke, otherwise I would have complained to them long ago, but Antillephone is a pile of garbage.

I don't think you made it up, I'm just trying to find a reason for rejecting it because it doesn't make sense from what you're saying. So let me know how your case turns out when it's over.
