Hi , there is a casino which is investigating people more than 7 days when they want to withdraw. When they want to deposit noone investigating.

It is nothing unusual, to tell you the truth, that the casino will start with the verification process only whenever a withdrawal is requested. It would be very time-consuming if they had to verify every player that came there and maybe played just once and then never came back.

Did you send all the documents needed in the required format and good quality? Many times, it may cause delays if a player doesn't send them right.

I also saw that the casino doesn't have any license which can be a problem in some cases. Thanks for your reply, and sorry for the bad timing. I had put off my search for information on this casino and its presale cryptocurrency for a bit! Because I can't find any reliable information, as everything I find online has been published for a fee! I only bought €250 of this token, but I was interested in understanding if it was a valid project for possible token purchases while it's on presale! Thanks!
