I have a problem with the robybet site
I closed my game account on January 3rd
I was contacted that it went well and was being passed on to the relevant department

but they didn't do it
I can log into the account and see the balance

May I know how specifically the casino confirmed the account closure back then? Are you sure you checked all spam folders, promotions folders, and simply all incoming emails? It sounds stupid, but such an email may end up in the trash very easily.
