Rizzio casino scam

I would like to report this scam site that took 600e from me for no real reason. I will post a few recordings of the events and their message.

They delayed the verification process and then when they accepted my verification they came up with a reason to cancel my 600e winning withdrawal and thought I was quite happy with the 50e deposit refund. I have already contacted askgamblerss and casinoguru but I will do everything I can to warn other people to avoid using this site and operator.

And to add to my start, their reasons are made up. The only crime I committed was that I managed to win. I have never used VPN services in my life and the account verification documents I uploaded were accepted and are correct and up to date. I used the free spins bonus but I did not get any winnings with it and that bonus was cancelled. I first won about 300e from betting and I got another 300e from casino games. And all those winnings were with real money and there was no active bonus in use at that time. It feels like my winnings were illegally taken away from me.

I asked them the exact reason and got another made-up answer on the subject. A good gaming authority that accepts money but doesn't want to pay out when you win.

They cannot provide any further information or clarification as to why my winnings were stolen. Really suspicious activity.

Hello, it looks like we are a bit familiar with this Rizzio site; hence, if you already submitted a complaint, I guess that's the best call.

I guess you can't prove to the casino that you never used a VPN, as you can't prove something that never happened.

On top of that, given the lack of a comprehensive overview, I think submitting the complaint or a similar approach is the most effective.

However it seems the casino is not very trustworthy; even though its review has not been published the temporary rating is terribly low. 🙁

They also spam emails in addition to stealing money, even though I have set my preferences not to receive messages

Did you also try to use the unsubscribe feature, perhaps? With all honesty, it's not always working because, especially, less decent sites use hidden addresses or change the domain frequently to avoid blocks, but I would consider it worth trying.

So another casino that accepts money but doesn't pay out winnings. Well, stealing 600e is a cheap price to understand not playing any gambling games on any site in the future.

Low safety index indicates that such casinos use unfair conditions to void winnings. However, I would still stick with the complaint, though. If nothing else (and it is not over yet), you may help others avoid this site. 🙏

They haven't come up with a single reason yet for why my money was stolen. I think they would have had it easier just by paying the 600e when I managed to make the recordings for about 100e.

The complaint is ongoing but I haven't received a response yet.

And yes, I really hope people read your review and this discussion and never play on that site or any other casino with that license.

As far as I can see, the complaint is nearing the end of this phase; therefore, the mediator should get back to you in the next couple of days. Let's see if the casino responds later. I would love to hear a solid reason for all of this.

They said they would stop sending emails but I still get 2-3 every day even though I have set my settings to not receive them. Absolutely ridiculous. They probably spam emails anyway and never pay my winnings based on made-up rules that can't be explained haha😀.

I discussed the problem of unsubscribing with my colleague Šimon, who reached out to his contacts from Gamstop or another tool (I just can't recall where this person works). The main point was that decent and fair casinos unsubscribe players upon simple request; however, casinos associated with the gray market, or worse, often sell or buy contact lists to spam those contacts. I would not expect unlicensed casino to bother with unsubscribing either. 🙁

I believe this casino does not fit the first sort, based on its rating and your experience...

they said almost a week ago that they would look into it and stop sending these scam offers to a scam casino but that was a scam too. Haha
