I have a account balance of 123k. Yup, I had a good run on a 100 deposit, got up a few k, decided to do a few big bets, I hit in the neighborhood of 45k , talked to support about withdraw process, put in withdraw for 10k (the max) , support told me I could play while it was withdrawing , I know this because I asked their online support about it as I was "sadly" going to be bummed out if I couldn't play and they assured me thst it was no problem, anyway I played a bit more and then ended up hitting for like 54 . When you say they gave you few updates, what was the last one and what did they tell you? Did they mention why you have not received any money yet? Could you show me the bonus you played with and did you read everything you needed to read for the bonuses? Bonus was 75% no rules 1x playthrough, iv gotten 2 updates , first was its with payout team , 2 months later here we are and now they say they are waiting results from game providers, im not trying to be short answered to your questions , but I can assure you everything is legit so to say and no violations.
