If you want to discuss anything related to Rioplay Casino, such as its games, bonuses, payment methods, issues with your account, responsible gambling features, or anything else, you can do so here.
I've started playing here currently doing the first deposit sports bonus. I've deposited 100$ and got 100$ bonus balance. When you win a bet the winnings go to your bonus balance. I need to wager 5842$ and you have a 5x wager multiplier on sports, but only if you bet multiples. Before depositing they only represented the 5x wager nothing about multiples and nothing about winnings going to bonus balance. So it's not really transparent and you only have 7 days to complete the rollover otherwise your bonus funds will be lost. I wish they could be more transparent about their bonuses.
Sometimes it can be good to read things that are written in the Terms by the bonuses. You should get everything you need there, and if it wasn't there, then I'd probably be just as angry.
Anyway, I often encounter that players get a bonus on their email or see it somewhere and it doesn't have to be written there, although it would be very good if it was. Have you tried to check everywhere about the bonus you got?
I haven't encountered with the multiples and bet winnings going to your bonus balance even if you bet with real balance rules. It could be that they hid it somewere in the general terms which I did not check, but from now on I will definetly check it always. Also 5x indicates only the rollover multiplier if you bet with multiples, but the actual wager you need to do is still 30x rollover if you don't bet multiples even on sports. This is a crucial term and they just seem not to care to add this to the bonus description. I see their motives since multiples are much more profitable for them and worse for the player, but still it would be good if they would atleast give you the information so you don't get surprised after you deposit and start playing. Keep in mind players need to complete this in only 7 days so they could waste precious time as well with hunting for this information.
I think this is comprehensive and great information from you, even if it didn't have a pleasant course in the casino. Definitely always read the general terms and conditions as well, because often some things are right there and not in the bonus itself.
As far as player or casino benefits are concerned, I think that in the end most bonuses are better for the casino than for the player and therefore I personally would not play them.
But thank you for sharing everything you thought was necessary.
I hope the experience will only get better.
Just used 50% deposit bonus for sports and I asked support if I could cancel it without losing my real balance and they said no. Not stated in the bonus terms, neither in terms of conditions. Now I need to complete 5x wager on my 200 euros + 100 euros bonus to withdraw. Nice transparency again.
Can I ask you, why you take bonuses when in the end you want to cancel them? In most of the casinos you won't have this option to cancel it. I don't see the point to be honest. If you don't want the bonus and casino for example give it to you without your consent, just try to talk to any casino beforehand. You can find out if it is possible to cancel the bonus or how it is and then you can deposit.
You are right, they should write these things into Terms but as you can see, not everywhere it is a must.
So please, be careful next time with it and try to avoid such unpleasant situation. 🙁
This casino is a complete scam, nothing more. Why do people play at casinos? Because they want to win, and only for that reason. Anyone who claims otherwise is lying. You don't bet on football because you enjoy watching it, and you don't play blackjack because you find the croupier nice. No! You don't hang out in a casino and deposit money because the wallpaper is beautiful or the website looks great. You only ever play to win, and there are no other reasons. Therefore, this casino is nothing but a scam, and absolutely nothing about it is fair.
It might be helpful to explain what actually happened at the casino that led you to have this opinion. We could then take a look and see whether there’s anything we might be able to help you with. Could you please explain the situation in a little more detail?
Of course, every player wants to win at a casino, but casinos generally aren’t designed for players to consistently walk away with large amounts of money or make significant profits. Gambling is usually a form of entertainment that you pay for, and over the long run, players are statistically more likely to lose than win.
I'm not talking about regular or large wins! I'm talking about no wins at all!! Since I started playing at this garbage called Rioplay, I've already lost a lot of money. It's not that I've lost; I've been playing for over 15 years and haven't gone broke! I like spending money at casinos, that's not the problem. The problem is that I don't like being ripped off and cheated, and that's exactly what happens at this fraudulent casino! How do you explain losing over €5,000 and only winning between €2 and €40 at most? What kind of rigged crap is going on at this casino?! I've never experienced anything like this before, and I've experienced a lot over the years I've been playing. Besides, I've gained a lot of experience over the years and can tell very well when a casino isn't fair and something isn't right. This casino is a SCAM! I'll say it again, and nobody can convince me otherwise because I've experienced it firsthand. Nothing here is fair, and what Casino Guru rates in a casino is, in my opinion, irrelevant to the player. Secure deposits are considered standard everywhere these days. A secure website is also standard. You rate everything but not the RTP (Return to Player). Why is that? That's the most important thing for a player, and you rate the appearance, the terms and conditions, which everyone can read themselves and assess with common sense whether they're okay or not. But you don't rate the most important thing.
Hey, I just wanted to reach out and say that I understand your point, and no one has been trying to convince you to keep playing there.
However, based on an individual gaming session, it's simply not possible to conclude that a casino is manipulating its RTP or game outcomes. RTP is a long-term theoretical value set by the game provider and calculated over millions of rounds.
This is also why our reviews focus on factors that can be objectively assessed, such as licensing, complaint history, fairness of the terms, security, and how the casino handles its players. Unfortunately, no review site can reliably tell whether a player's losing streak was due to chance or to manipulated games. The closest we can get is by integrating the gamecheck the casino review page:

I respect your feelings and wish you better luck whenever you plan to play.
The translation seems to be incorrect. I'm not talking about a single session; I made that clear in my review, which states that I've played there since I registered. I also mention in my review that I've played there several times, so far more than once.
Be that as it may, Rioplay Casino is rubbish, and I can neither understand nor confirm Guru's reputation. When I play at a casino for several months, I don't expect a constant stream of payouts or big wins. I want to be able to stay at a casino for more than 10 minutes without having to top up my balance. A casino doesn't offer me any fun or entertainment if I constantly have to top up my balance to stay longer because the RTP is consistently extremely low. And if there aren't any free spins for months on end, no matter which slot you play, even the ones where you know 100% that free spins always happen, then you know something's wrong. That's just how it is. Questioning such a contradictory reputation is, in my opinion, perfectly reasonable, because I haven't experienced fair play at this casino. They don't even respond to emails when you want to close your account, and normal email inquiries only get a reply three weeks later. I'm not used to this sort of thing and find absolutely nothing about this casino fair or good.
If you need any help with closing your account, we're here for you.
As for the rest, I think Radka has already explained it to you once, so there's no point in me repeating the same thing.
The games were verified by someone who specializes in this.
And if you're not having any luck and you constantly have to top up your balance, it's probably best to stop. It's just an unnecessary loss of money.
Take care.
