I'm a max level vip at Richville casino and found that after small wins, I've tried to withdraw and they drag the process out, I was promised as a max level VIP a €3000 a day withdrawl limit and have been restricted to a €1500 request which has taken 4 days and after contacting them and my personal manager been given excuse after excuse and not really any clear answers, just that they are working on it and I have to wait.

This is the 3rd time now after wins this has happened! It's not just coincidence.

The casino has been paying out the money; there is a historical payment due, yet the maximal withdrawal limits do not reflect your VIP status. It is not the first time, though.

I guess the advice is to switch to a casino that respects or applies the VIP withdrawal limits accurately. I agree it's not easy, as the VIP rank calculation may be unclear, and some casinos "prefer" to apply lower limits if the player wins more.
