I didn't even make a deposit, they ate my money, they took it from my account and I couldn't play and they called my page, this happened before and because I was sending messages and my friends they called my page and now when I try to send it to them, the money hasn't been put in my account, I said I don't know who you're referring to.

On July 19, 2026, I requested my first withdrawal of my winnings from Rich Royal. The request was later cancelled by the casino, which instructed me to use a bank transfer.

On July 25, 2026, I made a new withdrawal request via bank transfer for the amount of €260.00

Even though my account is fully verified and the method they indicated was used, the withdrawal is still pending after more than a month.

Chat support continues to postpone the settlement date with generic and evasive responses, despite having confirmed a processing date for early August. I'm requesting Casino Guru's support to resolve the situation and obtain the €260.00 credit I'm owed. I have more photos if it helps
