If you want to discuss anything related to Retro Bet Casino, such as its games, bonuses, payment methods, issues with your account, responsible gambling features, or anything else, you can do so here.
Maybe it would be great if you could help our team understand how you got to this, please?
How can you be so sure that those reviews are fake?
It would be really helpful to know, and it surely would help us in our work.
Do you have any experience from this casino you would like to share with us?
Hello,
On Friday, September 19th, I won a larger amount and now have 4 pending withdrawals, a total of about NOK 60,000. My withdrawals have been canceled time and time again and I am then tempted to play when it comes back to my account, so I have played on some of it. I have verified the account previously and received smaller withdrawals. But now I had to verify again and there was a lot of back and forth with not approved documents, but I did not give up and finally received congratulations that the account was verified. After 17 emails back and forth, I now receive this email:
"It appears that your case is a bit more complex than initially thought. Your request is currently being reviewed by our responsible department. Rest assured that I will provide you with new information as soon as it is available."
I am well aware of the withdrawal tactics of casinos that do not want to pay out the money and are betting that customers will play through all their winnings, so I just want to inform you that Retro Bet Casino is one of these scam casinos.
Today, September 24th, I received an email from support@retrobet.com who said that all my withdrawals had been cancelled again, and asked me to contact live chat. There I was told that there was a technical problem with my withdrawals in such a way that it sounded like I had made a mistake. This was clarified by referring to previously approved withdrawals that had been made in the same way, and it was admitted that it was at Retro Bet Casino that the technical problem was. This is a classic method of delaying withdrawals to get customers to play their winnings, right?
wow, the moment I posted the last message here I received a new email confirming that my withdrawals have been approved and are on their way to the bank!
Thank you, CasinoGuru, for being here and for giving us a place to publicize our problems with different casinos. It definitely helps.
Hey, that is great. I like that we can help even this way and that the casino finally approved your withdrawals.
How long did it take altogether?
Please let us know when you receive it.
No, I don't want to play at Retrobet Casino anymore, they did everything to make it difficult to get the withdrawals. I don't know how many times they canceled my withdrawals without any explanation why. But it seems like many casinos follow the same delaying tactics and I think it's bad advertising for the casino. There are serious casinos that make verification easy and payouts in a short time.
I surely understand your point here. That is exactly why user reviews are important and helpful, because only players can write about such experiences, you know. 😉
I'll give it a try there.
Verification wasn't really a problem at Retro Bet. I won €300 at the beginning.
Unfortunately, I haven't had any luck at all since then. And that's been almost 100 deposits. I'm losing really quickly every time. It's infuriating.
Hello, please do not pay attention to such link builders. Those are not players recommending sites; those are people who get paid to do so. 🙏
Best of luck next time, though.
Great news, I hope everything goes as planned and you get your money.
I know that with this casino it can sometimes take a while, so I hope that won't be the case for you.
I look forward to your update.🙂
