When I tried to withdraw the money, they asked me to verify my payment method. I contacted support, explaining that I had an electronic card, not a physical one. They told me I needed to upload a statement from the current month, November. A day passed, and it was rejected. I contacted support again, and they said they needed to see the deposit made on October 30th. I uploaded the required statement again, and after two days, it was also rejected, even though the deposit and transaction were visible. I contacted support again, and they told me I needed to send a photo of my electronic card, covering the middle numbers and CVV code. I sent the photo to support to check if it was correct, and they told me to send it. I did so while I was on the phone with support, but suddenly the chat closed, and I can't access my account. When I try to log in, it says something is required. I tried to verify the account, but in the third step it says that no further verification method is required. I tried contacting them by email explaining my situation since they didn't give me an explanation and they aren't responding. I tried talking to support and they told me they can't give me information through this channel. I want to emphasize that the card has always been used in my name, the account holder, and the account is also mine. I don't know why I've had these problems and I don't know why they won't give me answers.
Hola buenas soy Lorena y quisiera pedir ayuda para saber si hay que le a pasado eso, hice un depósito de 15.000 y gané 1.200.000 cuando traté de retirar el dinero me pidieron verificar el método de pago, me contacté con soporte comentándoles que yo tenía un tarjeta electrónica y no física, ellos me dijieron que debía de subir cartola del mes actual es decir noviembre, pasó un día y fue rechazado me volví a contactar con soporte y me dijeron que debía de verse el depósito que se había echo el 30 de octubre, nuevamente subi la cartola requerida luego de dos días también fue rechazada a pesar de que se veía el depósito y la operación que se izo, nuevamente me contacté a soporte y me dijeron que debía enviar foto de mi tarjeta electrónica tapando los números de al medio y cvv, le envié la foto al soporte para ver si estaba de forma correcta y me dijeron que lo enviara, mientras hablaba con soporte lo hice, de la nada se me cerró el chat y no me deja ingresar a mi cuenta, al momento de intentar ingresar me dice que es necesario verificar la cuenta, pero en el tercer paso dice que ya no hay que verificar ninguna metodo, me trate de contactar por correo explicando mi situación ya que no me dieron una explicación y no responden, traté de hablar con soporte y me dicen que no me pueden dar información por este medio, quiero destacar que siempre se utilizó la tarjeta al nombre mío titular de la cuenta y la cuenta es mía también, Nose porque e tenido estos problemas y Nose porque no me quieren dar respuestas.
