Raptor Casino bluff

I have 5 pending withdrawals at Raptor Casino for a total of 6900eur. Everything has worked well with them until 20/3 2023. But now they refuse to pay out my money and claim that it is my bank that is at fault. They have asked me for statements from my account to prove that I have not received any money. But when I ask for the transaction number of their deposits, I get no response. If there is anyone who had similar problems with Raptor Casino and managed to solve it, please write how you went about it

Yes, I really hope so. Very frustrating when they don't give straight answers and it's quite a lot of money that can make a good difference in my finances right now.

I usually rip on casinos for slow/delayed withdrawals, but bank transfers directly from a casino are usually slow. It's an inefficient payment method, not only because it's slow but it also requires additional verification, that's why it's better to use e-wallets and cryptos for deposits and withdrawals, cards and bank transfer tend to be problematic. Like casinostreamer recommended, just wait, give them 5 working days at least, if your bank statement has not been checked yet, give them 2 weeks before you file a complaint

Can you cancel the withdrawal and get it back again as account balance? If you can't do it yourself, tell the casino to cancel that withdrawal for it to be available balance in your account and tell them you will withdraw using a different method if they allow you to do so, if they don't, the only possible way to approach this problem is by filing a complaint. You are right on this one, two weeks is enough waiting and patience is limited, try doing what I told you and if it doesn't work then file a complaint

I only use skrill for transactions on my betfair account, personally bank transfers from skrill on average take 3 working days for me, which I still consider acceptable and it's really cheap, just 5.5 euros for bank transfers. That's thousand times better than making a bank transfer directly from a casino and so far I never had problems with skrill at all

No I can´t cancel them and they don´t have so many other options to withdraw as the say on the site maby it´s only for swedish players.

That's really unfortunate, only bank transfers is the only method available to you? Bluff casino. It says they have an Estonian license. They are lying about this. It is curacoo that applies. Stay away.
