I feel the payments are more likely handled by a different company called 3rd party payment provider. Sadly, this is very common and as a result, the casino is not actually directly involved so deeply, since it's not the casino who sends the money. Many players are experiencing the very same situation. 🙁 I know it sounds stupid, but it should be a matter of time before a decent casino solves the issue.
