I won $1000 on rainbet and wanted to withdraw it, but they asked me for verification. I sent all the documents, they said that the maximum period for checking documents is 7 days, but they checked my documents for 14 days! And then they said that I have a lot of accounts and blocked my money forever ;). Although I only have 1 account on this site! Avoid these scammers, they don't pay money!

SCAM RAINBET.COM....STAY AWAY from this bookie, they steal me for 1150 usd , the froze my funds when i start winning some bet's , very bad experience , i rollover over 15k , and when i made a little up balance they come with all stupid reason first they say i had multiple accounts etc , that's a big lie never i made multiple accounts here because i don't see reason ...and i just find this bookie a week ago....after they say i abused their sport betting and their ODDS (seriously you are a sportbook , what should i do ? to don't bet , crazy ) i play a lot also casino , lost money etc , i had a good day when i won around 500$ (first leagues , some bets from china second league etc), they are very aggressive when needed to pay some withdraws ..they closed the live chat with me , because in their opinion i make abuse of them ? seriously when i lost money i have been a good boy , now when i recover the losses i'm a bad boy with them ) incredible i i asked them to prove me what i did wrong , and the final answer it's that i take advantage of their sportsbook and their odds , amazing !! the account have been verified with all documents....perfectly....they just freeze my funds so i cannot play anymore and refuses to pay withdraw's !! but what it's ridiculous , i still can deposit money into account but i cannot take them out anymore 🙂

the rest is absolute garbage, there cash back on losses about 0.2% spread out every 4 hours to keep you coming back

there support is basically talking to a robot and as soon as you hit big you will see somthing switches and all of a sudden you couldn’t buy a small win.

Playing here honestly feels like there a predatory gambling site and the rewards they have are by far the worst in the industry.

I believe there is not much else to add since you basically said it all. Perhaps a detail: when you said rewards, did you by chance refer to some sort of VIP status, cashback, bonuses in general, or, let's say, a global chance of winnings?

Basically there rewards program is just a structure to keep you comming back.

they have daily monthly weekly and now one every 4 hours.

the kicker is when they added the 4 hour bonus most of the funds are sent there instead of the other categories and if you dont claim them that day you lose them.

about 70% of all cash back now goes to the 4 hour bonus so instead of getting 300 back on monthly after spinning 10k you now get 60$ and the rest drips out every 4 hours just a bit so you deposit more.

honestly though even with that the cash back is so small it’s unreal most places ofter 2-10% weekly there cash back over all bonuses is about 0.2-0.4%

vip means nothing there each level gets you like 10$ after thousands spent, they got the model down I’ll give them that they know how to keep you hooked

so ya try somewhere that is actually competitive and has proper gambling controls

I've played a bit on Rainbet, and really don't like it. I won't go into detail about slots and how quickly you lose money. I've had streaks of 20 bonus buys that somehow all lost.

Their originals Plinko and Blackjack, despite being provable fair, just feels extremely fake. When playing blackjack, 95% of the time I could guess that the dealer would have 20 and beat me.

Their VIP program uses this "timed" release of reloads, which you can collect 3 times a day. So of course you'll be better those small amounts, instead of withdrawing the big ones.

Their Daily/weekly and monthly bonus are similar, instead of getting the full sum up front, you only get about half, and the rest goes into your daily reloads, which you can only get 3 times a day.

Then there's withdrawals, somehow they claim it's only 5 minutes on average, but when looking through my withdrawals, they would often take 2 hours or more.

Deposits are of course instant, so you can lose your money faster.
