Raging bull will not payout! I redeemed twice for $400 each for a wire transfer. I was told so much bs! They won't except my bank (US BANK)

They won't except my utility bill for proof of address because it has my husbans name on it. I screen shotted some of the chats I had with them too. What can I do now?
