Dear casino guru I have been asking myself a question for a long time.Why signing up, depositing and playing at the various casinos is extremely easy, even if you pay with the account of the eternal father himself and when you have to withdraw, not even the DNA test is enough? that 99% of complaints are for non-payment by casinos, wouldn't it be fair to change or fight to change the rules? create a pre-registration and not allow the player to deposit or play until the account is approved? Hello, a good question and thank you for your points! Nevertheless the verification is a lenghty and not always easy process. Sometimes it takes much more time than expected because of the deeper effort to be sure that everything regarding the player is alright. Online casinos don't have the opportunity to see players face to face, so they ask for all necessary details.

There are plenty of new players every minute in casinos all around the world and imagine they had to verify each single person in detail. I think it´ s again the financial question as everywhere else, isn't it?

On the other hand, every decent casino will give the players the option to verify themselves straight away. If the casino refuses, the player makes up his mind.

And be aware that not every casino approaches verification equally honestly, it would be nice if they did.
