i went to try games for 20 euros, i got a 20e bonus yet but the games didn't give much winnings, money but disappeared in an instant. i also went to the customer service chat to close my account permanently, i said that the games gave nothing but there was a dull customer service and the account was not immediately agreed to close.

Same experience here. The games are impossible to win. I played 00 euros and the highest win with a bet of 1 euro was 1.5 euros. I honestly feel like real games, but somehow rigged.
