Has anyone else played here and had their withdrawals request denied because you supposedly placed a bet that was over the $5 limit per the bonus terms? They rejected my payout because they say I placed a $20 bet….even though I have NEVER placed a bet over $2.00 in my entire life. My play history clearly shows that but they hi insist I did, when I asked for proof and a copy of my play history for that day I got a screenshot of what looks like an entry on an excel spreadsheet with only this $20 bet. I think they’re full of sh!t. and they’re just saying this to get out of paying me. I swear on my life I never placed a $20 bet. So I’m wondering if this may be a pattern and they’ve done this to others?? Plus I wanted to share my story for you all to be aware. Let me know how your experience has been. Thank you 😊

Hi!

I was about to say that one mistake should never be considered an ultimate reason for confiscating the whole winnings if the unlucky player did not gain an unfair advantage over the casino. Then I read further and got the feeling you are not aware of such a bet,... Well, I'm glad you submitted the complaint!

Let's see whether the casino proves you wrong by showing regular gaming history. I hesitate to believe forging an over-bet would be worth a disputed amount of $400. What do you think?

Anyway, I'm eager to see the casino's response - for sure.

i have submitted their supposed "proof" of this one bet and it certainly doesn’t look like credible proof that’s for sure. Anyone could type info into a spreadsheet, I was asking for the proof that displays when you go into your game play history which is usually a screenshot of the winning line combination. Suspiciously, my game history was missing so I couldn’t access it to check myself. It all seems so unusual. Thank you for your comments Radka…I look forward to their reply as well.

That's good, I'm sure Nick appreciates all things you sent. Sadly, I don't have access still, I agree it's not very demanding to create an Excel sheet, that's true. 🙂

Missing game history is another interesting point! I'll rather skip wild speculations instead, looking forward to seeing where the complaint leads us.

Prima Play Casino did not pay my winnings as I played with other than slots AFTER I HAD COMPLETED THE BONUS REQUIREMENTS and the money was free of any restriction. Furthermore, they make up new rules and/or interpretations as they try to make this practice look legit! Is there a way I can the money they owe me?

Hi, I've moved your posts under the casino you're talking about. However, when you played with the bonus, you played on the games that were allowed yes ? After fulfilling the wager requirements you played on other slots, because you fulfilled everything that was needed. Do you still have your money in your player account ? What reason did the casino give you for not paying you the money ?

Let me know so I can get a better idea of the situation.

Thank you for assisting me, Jaro! I used a depositing bonus and managed to make a playthrough without playing any restricted games. Then, after I completed the playthrough and AFTER ALL RESTRICTIONS of the bonus were removed from the won amount as I could see in the cashier section available to me, I played some restricted games. When I requested w/d of the amount that was clearly mine, they started coming up with all kinds of excuses like:..... " As a bonus was used to accrue these funds, the bonus rules are applied until the funds have been withdrawn completely. Unfortunately, this does apply in your case as the bonus funds were still in the account when the excluded games were played".... and similar silly made-up-as-we-go- excuses and refuse to pay out. I read again all their rules but I could not find such restrictions!!!!! Do you think there is a chance that they will honor their obligation? They only game back my deposit and forfeit all winnings!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, you won't be able to make a complaint until you verify your account. Could the problem be that you forgot your account details ? 

If you don't remember, you can create another account and verify yourself to be able to submit the complaint, because to be honest I don't know where you might have a problem.

We shouldn't have to fight to get our winnings PERIOD!! Especially when we go above and beyond to play by their ridiculous terms and conditions. It seems like those of us that do....will end up being declined over a made up rule or a situation that is blatantly false like the one they denied me for (see above original post). After several attempts to prove them wrong they simply stopped replying to my messages and even ignored Casino Guru's requests as they did try to assist me after I submitted a formal complaint, which I am very grateful for. If this doesn't scream GUILT in itself then I don't know what else does. Unfortunately online gambling isn't regulated by any government entities so holding them responsible or trying to sue them gets you absolutely nowhere but broke. It's a sad situation so the only thing we can do as players is to complain on every available review platform to warn others in the hopes that these crooks go broke because nobody frequents their sites. Hopefully something gets put into place in the near future that will regulate these assholes and shut them down when they violate its' players rights. I wish you all the best of luck and PLEASE PLEASE take the time to research these gambling sites and take every complaint seriously when you do vet them. The odds are stacked against us enough in this viscous world...we HAVE to to our homework thoroughly to protect ourselves.
