I have an open complaint with GC Dept (Curacao gaming department, they asked me to send the documents and so I did.). I was told they would consider it all and let me know. This happened 5 weeks ago. Unfortunately, however, I saw that today power casino has closed. Does anyone know the reason for the some ha chius? casino guru can you help me and give me some answers too?

Frankly, the authority may have a problem dealing with your complaint because the casino has closed, so I'd ask the regulator for some update.
