Hello, the ID and the expiration time is a problem for the casino why they don't want to give you the money yes? I think it would be more a question for them what time period they have on it, or try to check Terms if they don't have something written on it. 

Anyway, if you still have it valid I don't see a problem in not verifying it. If your ID is expired and you are waiting for a new one, I know that you can get a document that will be issued to prove that it is being done. 

Is this the only thing the casino won't accept or are there other documents you have to send?
