I made some winnings on my stake and I can't receive them in my account. I received some emails saying that you have to upload a photo of the card and my name isn't on it and I don't know where to upload it... they reply to one email yes and to 10 no. Help me please.
I highly advise to contact their customer service and ask them on how to upload it having a visual references will help you a lot. Uploading a photo card, I think this is one of their KYC process that players needs to comply.

Hi, I see that the player gave you some good advice and I would also contact customer support to know what to do. So is the problem that they don't accept your card just because it doesn't have your name on it? Isn't there a field somewhere in the profile or on the page to upload it?
