Playing casino is a total scam

But I sent all the documents correctly, and when I wanted to withdraw the money, they asked for documents that can't be seen. I went to the bank, and they said it's impossible. They said they can't request those documents because they don't have them at my bank, CaixaBank. They told me to file a complaint because they don't want to pay the 100 euros.

That casino is terrible in my opinion. I've had similar experiences at Plato Casino. For me, zero out of ten.

Hello, maybe if you explain the matter to me as if I had no clue about what happened to you or what you aimed to say, it will allow me to help you somehow. I would preferably start with the casino's precise name and then describe the whole story with dates.

What a casino. It happened to a friend of mine too. When you withdraw more than 50, something is always missing. And even if you send it, it's the same thing again.

You know it's still not obvious, so sadly there is not much to add, I'm afraid. However, If the casino needs you to provide documents you cannot get from your bank, perhaps I would try to resolve that with the casino by offering an alternative document. I get it's frustrating; saying it's a scam and doing nothing hardly helps, don't you think?
