Hello everyone,

Does anybody know what it's like to play at a casino with a Curacao licence in Malta? Is it legal/allowed? What about tax office and taxes from the income in such case?

I will be very grateful for an information.

Best regards,

Jakub

Hello, I'll do my best to answer your questions, but I have to admit I do not fully understand those. Would you mind giving me some context, please?

You see, many countries provide their own nationwide gambling license; in such cases, citizens of such countries should (by law) play only in those casinos. Yet it still depends on the local regulations. For example players from Germany or the UK are prohibited from playing in offshore casinos—meaning outside the GGL and UKGC regulators.

I'm, however, not sure whether this represents an answer to your question.
