I filed a complaint here. After 18 days, they still haven't paid for the first withdrawal.

So the last withdrawal, right?

Is there any explanation from the casino about this delay, though?

At first, yes, but it was before they executed 2 of the 3 withdrawals I requested. They explained that withdrawals had been suspended throughout the casino due to suspected fraud in sports betting (which I never used).

After paying 2 of the 3 withdrawal requests, they didn't give any justification for not paying the missing withdrawal, which happened to be the first one I made (29.05).

So, did you also get this one now or not yet?

No. It has been pending analysis since 29.05. Support has stopped responding to any of my approaches via chat.

Hopefully our team will be able to find out more from the casino in your complaint then. 🤞
