They came up with an excuse saying;

Upon checking, on the 27th of June, you have received a free bonus of £2, therefore the maximum bet allowed should be less than £0.40.

Our Audit team found bet/s of £1.25, £2, £2.10, £3.15 and £5.25 while the bonus was active which clearly breach our Bonus Terms & Conditions.’
