Hi they forfeited my mums £1723 winnings after giving her 2 payouts on the existing card which she deposited on which was mine .. she had consent which I sent them consent letters , they said the money would be paid in 15 days and 5 days later said they have forfeited the funds .. they have kept her money it's been almost a year ,surely that's illegal ... they paid already to that card

Not sure what is illegal in this case, but allow me to say using someone's payment option is forbidden and usually results in trouble. 🙁
