Pike is not a reputable casino and support are completely unresponsive and they have zero regard for laws or responsible gambling practices. I sent a complaint to Pike at 10.05 am on 20th October. I asked them to close and self exclude my account immediately and they have not done so. Live Chat will not assist. This has led to me being able to deposit more when I have made every attempt to be restricted from doing so.

I have sent over 20 emails and all have been ignored. I should already be completely excluded from all Goodwin NV brands. Pike are not UKGC licenced but are advertising themselves prolifically in the UK deceptively claiming they are a UK casino and delibrately targeting vulnerable people registered on Gamstop.

I have gambling blocks on all bank accounts but these were intentionally overridden as the deposits were coded as non gambling using falsified MCC codes and laundered via a 3rd party merchant in Estonia which is registered as a Computer Programming Business.

The most concerning part here is that you say you clearly asked Pike to self-exclude you on 20 October, yet the account remained open and you were still able to deposit afterwards.

If your messages clearly stated that you needed self-exclusion because of gambling problems, then the exact timing of those requests and the deposits made afterwards is very important.

I think this is worth submitting as a complaint so our Complaints Team can properly review the communication with Pike and what happened after your self-exclusion request.

Regarding the way the card payments were coded, I’d be a little careful about calling it money laundering or deliberate falsification without the payment records confirming that. Your bank or card provider should be better placed to trace the merchant and transaction coding and tell you exactly how those payments were processed.

Pike is not licensed by the UKGC according to the information we currently have, so being available to UK players should not be taken as meaning it operates under a UK licence.
