On September 13th at Pigmo, I won a total of over $4,000 USD on Pigmo.com under my account Yellowglow. This was accomplished starting with the originals mines game, then hit very big on the slot Pop Zen, and then has big wins on Towers. To show gratitude for the casino and players i tipped 200 to the every 30 minute rain, and then withdrew around 240 worth of solana, with plans to come back for the rest….which was about 45 mins after only to find my entire account had been reset and wiped clean. No money. No stats. No rank. No privileges. Nothing. My username was even gone.. desperately I tried to contact the staff via email and telegram and haven’t gotten one word from the likes of Kevin nor Dana.

THEY ARE AN ABSOLUTE SCAM AND THEY STOLE AROUND 3.5K FROM ME AND GAVE ME ZERO EXPLANATION OR FOREWARNING BECAUSE I DID NOTHING WRONG. ITS BEEN CLOSE TO A MONTH NOW AMS I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY REPLY FROM THE STAFF ANS AM BANNED FROM MOST THEIR SOCIAL MEDIAS.

Hello, I am sorry to hear about what happened. Do you have any screenshots of the whole situation and how your entire account history disappeared? That would definitely be helpful if we were to try to assist you.

Based on what you describe, the casino has not responded to you with anything to date. 

Have you considered filing a complaint with us? 

It may not be possible to help because I saw that the casino is not responding to us, but if we evaluate that it is on your side and the casino does not resolve it, it would have an even lower safety index.
