Has anyone else played at a casino and had their withdrawal stuck?

I've played several times before, the money always came immediately. Now I've been waiting for the money since yesterday until 5:00 PM, I got a reply from the chat last night that there was a technical problem with their withdrawal processing (not all players, apparently). Today I got an email that the withdrawal will be processed today.. well, at least it hasn't been processed yet, so can I trust that either..?

Hello, I guess you have to find out. Maybe there is a technical issue; maybe it is just a delay that chat is not ready to admit. However, if you have good experience with payouts and the chat suggested a technical problem, I would take it just like that and wait for what comes next. It is a smaller casino that could be delayed by the New Year vacations.
