Seit Tagen erhalte ich im Live-Chat immer dieselbe Antwort, dass es ein System-Update gebe und Auszahlungen derzeit nicht zeitnah bearbeitet werden können. Diese Erklärung reicht mir inzwischen nicht mehr aus.
Es geht hier um insgesamt 1.400 €, nicht um einen geringfügigen Betrag.
Ich bitte Sie daher dringend um eine konkrete Erklärung, den aktuellen Status meiner Auszahlungen sowie einen verbindlichen Zeitpunkt, wann mir das Geld ausgezahlt wird.
