Hello,

this casino is blacklisted on several sites. For example casinofreak and chipy.com. They are certainly on a lot of other sites based on my own exprience. They do not deserve this mark at all.

Hello mrmileena,

I can see that this casino was lastly reviewed last year, so I will ask our data team about it and will also add your info. It's just that we do not much care about other sites, we do things differently, so I do not assume that the casino will be blacklisted, however. 🙂

Anyway, have you come across the form to update us about a specific casino?:

Can be found under each casino overview 😉

Hello Radka,

Thank you for your message and the information, I didn't know we could contact the responsible directly.

I realized this function is "live" just recently myself 🙂😉.

I was repeatedly emailed by 4 of the same chain and regularly get 25 free spins from them on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Including the discussed casino.

Here is curious that it is called Paris Vip2 Casino. What is the difference to ParisVip Casino? My account and the profit are there too.

I sent them my documents after winning 600 euros and full bonus turnover, but nothing has happened here for days. There are only chatbots and no direct contact person. I cannot make a payment over 100 euros.

Hello,

I'd guess that ParisVip2 is just a mirror page for players accessing the Paris Vip Casino from certain countries, this is quite a common technical solution.

I also checked the section called contact us and found this:

"Contact us

Our friendly customer service team is on hand to answer any questions you may have 24/7. So get in touch!

E-mail: support@parisvipcasino.com

"

Is this the email you sent those documents to?

Well, I guess you should wait a bit, seems there is no other way how to get in touch with the support. Alternatively, try its social media profiles, if the casino has any. 🤔

If you fail to get the winnings within 14 days counting from the day your withdrawal request was made, we will try to help you out.

Let us know how it goes, please.🤞

Hello everyone, I am a customer at Paris vip. I have always received my winnings but at the moment the site is under maintenance. Apparently they are going to add games and change the rules from before. My account should be back up and running in a few days. I like this site overall.

Hey there,

thank you very much for such a piece of useful information. I can see we checked the site quite recently (December 2022), though we definitely don't want to miss any important changes 🙂.

I'll make a note.

Visit us often, keep us updated 😉

Kinda weird to create an account on guru and just leave one message on a particularly bad and not well known casino... and how did you get these infos, probably one member of the casino being sent to defend the scam casino.

Well,

do you have anything more concrete? I wouldn't make such accusations myself in situations like this, though you're welcome to ask support questions first. It feels fairer, don't you think?

Hello Radka,

i was going randomly through the site, checking some of casinos which i had bad experience with and i found that comment randomly coming to defend the site and i found it suspicious and wanted to say it because this casino scammed me of 150 euros which i fairly won and he is saying that he has always been paid, which i really doubt when i know how they treated me when i won.

I won 100 euros years back on the welcome 25 free spins offer. They asked me to verify my identity and to make a minimum deposit to be able to withdraw, which i did. I won 50 more euros with my deposit and wanted to withdraw 150. Few days later, my withdrawals were removed, i could see it in the history and it was replaced by 25 euros. I also received a call of a guy telling me that the 25 free spins were fake money, that it was to experience games.

So i am sorry if my comment sounded rude but after what i experienced with this casino, i cannot write anything sweet.

I can see you haven't submitted a complaint regarding the case you just described. Don't you think it's worth it?

Hello Daniel,

this was years ago and i do not have any proofs to justify it now other than my words. Back in time, i did not know about you and that we could complain actually against a casino but now i have learnt a lot and if it happened recently, i will be the first to complain. But all i know is that i am not inventig anything, they really stole me 150 euros like i explained it.

I mean, you can reopen even older cases on Casino Guru, but the truth is that we'd need evidence which applies to any complaint case. I'm going through the complaints you submitted to Casino Guru and it looks like you tend to play in casinos that often have quite a bad reputation. I hope you're already more careful when it comes to this. Our statistics simply show that we really do receive much more complaints against casinos that have the bad reputation compared to those with 8+.
