I can confirm everything about the review placed by Pottie666.

In my case my withdrawal was done via OTT voucher after I selected the payout to be done to my bank account. After 32hours and not the promised 24

My first request to cancel the OTT withdrawal was not even actioned and I had to go through the process again 8 hours later.

Now I have to wait 24 hours for the reversal and another 24 hours for the withdrawal to take place.

The support team are horribly rude and extremely unhelpful.

I have been speaking with an agent there today, so hopefully it will get resolved today. But I will most certainly let you know if I do have any more issues.

But they definitely need to address the attitudes of their support team. The two agents I have been dealing with were just plain rude and dismissive.
