Yes, that's what they told me. With all the payment methods, they don't give me an exact date or a coherent reason; they just keep giving me excuses. They don't say anything about it, they just ask for patience, but I've been trying to make the withdrawal since February 20th, and it hasn't arrived with any of the withdrawal methods. I've tried them all, and my money hasn't arrived. They say they're processing the withdrawal with the relevant department, but it's all just excuses. They're scammers.

I already filed the complaint, I contacted oro.gg again via chat, I write to them every day, and they keep telling me the same thing: that the relevant department is doing the verifications and that I should be patient. And on top of that, they tell me that all I need to do is shut up. But how can they tell me to shut up? This is insane, seriously... everything about this casino is surreal, what a bunch of scammers.
