Online slot issue (32 Red)

Hi

I was having a few spins this evening on the big bass splash game.

i activated the feature mode and it was actually look really promising as I was at the x10 stage with 10 spins left when my phone decided to restart.

when I logged back into the game it did not resume and there was no funds put into my account.

has this happens before to anyone?

is there anything I can do?

gutted because I think I was on for a big win !

Well, some games are not designed to save progress, but I understand this is not the main issue here.

Have you tried to compare your gaming history with the "reality" you've experienced? The history should show each bet and the associated result. If you can't find it, or are convinced the result is incorrect, inform casino support. This is what I would do.
