Hello everyone,
I have the following problem.
I wanted to transfer money to my casino account at Cosmic Slot via bank transfer from Volt or Altaprime Ltd.
this has worked well a few times. All of a sudden, after entering the push tan, an error message came up in the payment window for some reason.
The money was still debited directly from the bank account and shows up in the casino as a pending transfer.
However, the support tells me that an error happened during the transfer and they can't do anything. I should contact my bank.
Does anyone have experience with this and do I have a chance of seeing the money back?
